First of all, regular maintenance is essential to potentially extend the service life of parts. Improper use may cause premature machine damage, so frequent maintenance is a must. Most units adopt an impeller-type mixing design, with an air intake port on top. By properly opening the intake port through the adjustment plate, a negative pressure is formed inside the mixing chamber during operation, which helps the mixed material to be discharged through the screen in a timely manner.
Secondly, if the adjustment plate opening is too small, the intake air volume will be insufficient, resulting in low negative pressure inside the mixing chamber. This causes poor discharge of the mixed material, over-grinding, and the heat inside the mixing chamber cannot be expelled in time, leading to internal overheating of the agitator. If the machine operates under overload conditions for a long time, it can also cause the agitator to overheat and even burn out the motor. The correct operating condition is for the motor to run at 90% of its rated load. After correctly analyzing the causes of machine wear, actively make corrections and ensure the machine is used under the proper operating method and voltage conditions.
