In daily life, we often encounter agitators, and they have brought us great convenience. So what precautions should we take when using them? Below, the editor will briefly introduce some relevant knowledge points.
When using the agitator for the first time, check whether the accessories included with the instrument are complete according to the instrument manual.
When adjusting speed, increase it gradually from low to high. Avoid starting directly at high speed to prevent the agitator from becoming out of sync and causing jumping.
Do not heat when not stirring. Disconnect the power supply when the equipment is not in operation.
The instrument should be kept clean and dry. In particular, do not allow any solution to enter the machine.
If the stirring bar is found to be jumping or not stirring during the process, check whether the beaker is stable and whether its position is correct.
Operating at medium speed can extend the service life of the agitator.
Try to connect to a ground wire during use whenever possible.
Do not overfill the solution in the container; leave sufficient space to prevent the solution from overflowing and corroding the drive disk.
The temperature measurement probe should be placed at a suitable height in the solution. Do not allow the agitator to collide with the probe, so as to avoid damaging the probe.
For ordinary heated magnetic agitators, heating without stirring is not recommended. Continuous heating above 70°C should not exceed 2 hours.
